Shipping + Returns
At ELONE we would like to make your shopping experience carefree. As we all know buying an item online is exciting and you want it wear it as soon as possible.
We offer free express shipping worldwide on orders:
- Over $100 in Australia and $200AUD worldwide
Once your order is placed it will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or next business day.
We use Australia Post as our service provider in Australia - no signature is required upon delivery.
All international orders are sent via DHL Express, estimated delivery is 2-4 business days. A signature is required upon delivery.
AUSTRALIA: Orders under $100 a $10 Express Postage is required for delivery.
REST OF THE WORLD: Orders under $200 a $10 standard postage fee is required or $15 express postage.
Note: ELONE is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest with the customer.
SAME DAY DELIVERY: Orders must be over $200 to allow for the same delivery option in Perth. The order must be placed before 12pm Monday-Friday to have you order delivered that day. Free same delivery applies only to customers within a 10km radium from Perth city. Postcodes include 6000-6100.
Deliveries over the 10km will occur a $30 standard fee. If you are not home when your item is delivered, this will be left unattended near your door or in the safest place.
Here at ELONE we understand that shopping online can be difficult. We offer a 7 day full refund policy (from date of arrival of purchase), however excluding sale items. We do not offer refunds for sale items including store wide sales.
For all returns they must be in original packaging and tags to be still attached, not worn or washed, and no makeup stains. Once you receive your purchase we do advise to try it on as soon as possible, if you have any concerns or unhappy with your purchase please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond efficiently.
To arrange a return or refund please email email@example.com and we will advise you a return number. All return costs are at responsibility of the customer, except for faulty items (please see below).
We will advise you of a store credit note or refund once the item has been received.

All of our items are checked before they are packaged and sent. They are wrapped with care to ensure it arrives safely to our customers. However, in an instance that this has occurred please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise a replacement for you.
For returns on faulty items, they follow the same return requirements as returns and exchanges (ie. not worn, original packaging etc.).
